Incredible support with SearchWP
Jonathan went above and beyond to help resolve a support issue on my site. I love SearchWP anyway, it’s the go-to search plugin recommended to all of our clients, but the support offered in this instance was exceptional and very much appreciated.
Best solution
Outstanding support. We were able to get really good tailored search results using SearchWP. Give it a go and if you get stuck, use the FAQs and support and you’ll be fine.
Search for your site is sort of a big deal
Search is sort of important to Google. It’s also essential to the users on your own site. If your users are searching for something on your site and don’t find it, they’re likely going to get upset and leave your site. SearchWP fixes everything.
Great plugin that makes developers life easier
We needed to index a website with lots of page content and woocommerce products. SearchWP delivers a lot of useful default functions and setting up was easy with the help of the extensive documentation.
Support. Support. Support.
I’ve used SearchWP for years. Recently I had a problem getting SearchWP to index on new hosting. After other troubleshooting, Jonathan cloned my site and confirmed that the problem was not the site. I moved to new hosting and it indexed.
The only way to search text within PDFs
My website contains an archive of digitised historic journals – hundreds of PDFs. Using Search WP allowed me to build an advanced search, index all PDF content, and returning matching results in a highly customisable format. Top notch support too!
Makes a PDF Library Searchable
The SearchWP plugin is a necessity for anyone building out document libraries because it seamlessly searches PDF files. The Search Term Highlighting add-on is also pretty slick.
Searches custom attributes.
SearchWP searches custom attributes. This is what I needed primarily for my client.
Highly recommended
SearchWP is a great plugin that is easy to use & provides a lot of utility. I have also been especially impressed with their level of support. They responded very quickly & helped me sort my issue in absolutely no time. I would definitely recommend.
Powerful Product
Easy to setup and tweak to your needs. Hooks and filters make it easily extendable.
Best WordPress Search Option – Hands Down!
Faster and more easily extensible than other solutions, and much simpler and cheaper than offsite search services (Swifttype, Algolia, custom Elasticsearch engine, etc.). Phenomenal support too! Our client was very happy with the end product.
Searches inside PDFs
I purchased SearchWP for its ability to search inside more than 100 PDF documents on my website. My site visitors are able to see search results with pages, posts and PDFs weighted in my preferred order. Customer support has been very helpful.
Easy Setup
What I like is that SearchWP has an easy setup and offers immediate improvement. I also like that Jonathan is honest about the limitations of the product. Over 20K posts/pages and he recommends you look elsewhere for reasonable performance.
