SearchWP

This Documentation is for SearchWP Version 3

The SearchWP indexer is currently disabled

SearchWP’s indexer can be disabled (e.g. prevented from updating the index in any way) at any time by toggling its status using the SearchWP entry in the Admin Bar:

When the indexer has been disabled, you will be showing an admin notice indicating “The SearchWP indexer is currently disabled” as a reminder, as this operation should be performed only when running a test, reducing server load, or intentionally temporarily disabling the indexer.

Revisiting the link in the SearchWP Admin Bar entry will allow you to enable the indexer and it will resume normal operation.
